Over the years there have been times when you could reset your stats and times when you couldn’t. Unfortunately alot of the information on the internet says that you can’t reset your stats. As of July 2010 you can reset your online stats.
WARNING This will reset all your stats to 0. It also resets any incomplete achievements. Please don’t do this if you are unsure. I did warn you!
- Open TF2 and click Character Setup
- Click the Stats tab
- Click Reset Stats
- Alternativly open the console and type resetplayerstats

Doesn’t work. After I click the RESET button, stats drop to zero for about one second, and then appear as previously, unchanged. Tried the console command. Nothing’s changed.
Sorry to hear that.
At the time of writing it did work as you can see from the last screenshot.
I can only think that your connection to the servers may have been down.

Excellent; here is hoping they fix it. They have disabled it before :S
At least all the achviements nolled argh
Will this get rid of items and achievments?
This didn’t remove any items or achievements when I did it.
As you can see from the screenshots.
Valve may have changed this though.
