Unattend.xml Generator
Either use this file as part of the sysprep guide, or place this on the root of your installation media.
WARNING Currently this auto-generator does not support auto-disk partitioning. As such the windows install is not fully automated. I am working on this.

If you using per seat licenses, rather than volume licensing, how do you solve it with the license number?

@Jason Dear Jason , you can remove the license tag from your xml file , then he will ask to enter a serial every time you will preform an autounattend install

thanks this has worked for me and saved me alot of time in making on i just edited this one to include what i wanted software and hardware specific drivers, thanks once again

You can also use the slmgr command with the /ipk and the license number. I have use it and it works like a charm! complete comamand will be:
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
Do this after you apply the image
