Backup your Firefox About:Config Settings
If you type about:config into Firefox you will open the configuration screen. This can be used to change many settings that affect the inner workings of Firefox.
If you have customised this then it would be a good idea to backup these settings incase of future data loss.
Instructions
- Close Firefox
- Search for the following folder (Where %username% is your username!)
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\mozilla\firefox\profiles- In this folder will be a randomly generated folder name. Open this folder (Similar to enzrp5gm.default)
- The settings are saved in prefs.js Backup This File
