Do You Get Window Live Messenger Error 8007007E Trying to Login?
Do you get Error Code 8007007E while logging into Msn Messenger. Unfortunatly this is not a problem at Microsofts end and will require a few tools and uninstalling MSN Messenger. Read on to learn how to fix MSN Error Code 8007007E
Instructions
- Click Start then Run type in sfc /scannow.
You may need to insert your Windows install disk, then restart the computer
- Uninstall Windows Messenger with ZapMessenger (This will remove Windows Messenger and clean up any leftover files or registry keys)
- Download and install Windows Installer Cleanup Utility Here
- Run the utility, select all items relating Windows Live and remove them
- Reboot!
- Reinstall MSN Messenger
- You should no longer have the Error Code 8007007e

Thanks! I tried to uninstall with ZAP and install again so many times, but thanks to you it’s working know!
(I think it’s because of the first step: â– Click Start then Run type in sfc /scannow, since I didn’t download “Windows Installer Cleanup Utility ” but deleted it via “add / remove programs”)Btw – the link was removed, windows removed this utility since it caused problems with other applications, see here:
