Fix the increased line height in Office 2007/2010
Starting in Word 2007 Microsoft has decided to make the default style have larger spacing between lines. As you are well aware this give the impression of a double line break or a new paragraph. Luckily you can fix this.
- Open a new Word window
- Click on Change Styles
- Expand Style Set and then select Word 2003
- Open Change Styles again and select Set as Default
- (On some machines you may need to repeat these steps more than once and close/reopen Word for the changes to stick)
