Physical Install
- First you need to install the hard disk into the computer LifeHacker has an exellent tutorial here
Windows Config
- Open Computer Management
- In the Navigation pane, under Storage, click Disk Management, and then look for the new drive
- Create a New Simple Volume and Follow the Wizard
