How to Disable Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2010
Outlook 2010 comes with a new folder for contacts called “suggested contacts” these are similar to auto fill used in previous versions. But these can be syncronised with smartphones such as the iPhone and be very annoying. This guide will show you how to find the much hidden setting.
- Open Outlook and click File and Options
- Next click the contacts tab
- Finally untick Automatically create Outlook contacts for receipents that do not belong to an outlook address book
