When trying to enable hibernate in Windows 7 you may get the following error code: 0xc000007f
This is caused by there not being enough free disk space on your primary disk. You will need to have at least as much free space on your disk as the size of your RAM.

Hibernate can be re-enabled only When :-
Free Space in Primary Hard disk is Greater than the RAM memory…. That means if your RAM is 2GB , Free space in
Hard disk should be more than 2GB

Managed to free up 32GB space on a 70GB SSD system drive. I have 24GB RAM but still getting the error. Ill try to lower the RAM and see if that helps, but any other suggestions would be great. Thanks,
