Please help me.I cannot activate my windos7 online.It gives an error code of 0x8007232B.What can I do to solve that?

I did this and it shows my Pro plus is activated but every time I open windows it is asking for activation. I even downloaded a registry cleaner and it still pops up. Is there any other suggestions you might have?

Open the command prompt as Administrator and enter the following line:
slmgr -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

The xxxxx-xxxxx represents your key
