Cause: MSXML library may be corrupted and may have to be reinstalled
Instructions
- Click on the Start menu, select Run and type the following:
Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
- In Vista and Windows 7 type straight into the seach box

the same problem is occuring even AFTER i have tried this method. i even uninstalled stupid msn messneger and reinstalled it ATLEAST 4 times :@:@
