How to Insert a Screenshot in Outlook 2010 – the Easy Way
Introduced in Outlook 2010 is the ability to insert a screenshot of any open program on you computer. This is done from inside Outlook 2010 and without using 3rd party tools or leaving Office.
Add a Screenshot in Outlook 2010
- First open Outlook 2010 and open a new Email.
- Select the Insert tab on the ribbon bar
- Then select the Screenshot option under illustrations
- This will give you a list of you currently open windows with screenshots. Select the one you need.
Now that your screenshot is in your email, you can tidy it up with the other tools
