How to Toggle the Menu bar in Internet Explorer 7 and 8
Since Internet Explorer 7 the menu bar has been hidden by default. If you need to troubleshoot lots of windows pcs that have this “feature” it can get a bit annoying. Luckily there is a quick solution to toggle the menu bar.
Toggle the Menu bar
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the ALT key on your keyboard. The menu bar will display.
- The menu bar will display until you click ALT again.
- Of course you may want the menu bar displayed all the time.
In which case right click a space above the icons and select Menu Bar
