So i tried this and when i ran Windows Installer Cleanup Utility i got an error in windows script host: it said access denied in the file “startMsi.vbs” in the directory Users\”name”\appdata\local\temp\IXP000.TMP\StartMsi.vbs
    The code is “800A0046″
I can’t open my mail either or any site that is connected to windows live, for instance windows support. I hope you can help me with this, I tried almost anything.
