How to Disable Auto Renewal for Xbox Live

Xbox live is a great service but if you add your credit card it will keep charging it for your package when you renew. You cannot remove your credit card information. But you can tell it to stop auto renewing and then you can revert to Xbox Live Silver or Redeeming codes.

I clicked on that link Ben, but the on is not clickable.I renewed my 3 month membership in January and made sure automatic renewal was off,(it worked then)now I find that it’s set to on again and not only that, when I checked it today it was set to renew on the 12 month membership. This is incredibly underhanded behaviour by Microsoft. Maybe contacting Watchdog on BBC is the way to go.

I have the same problem as a few above, the button is not clickable.

Could it be possible to just link us the page that the link follows to?
