hello i am trying to sort out my fiancee’s xbox live account and no matter what i do or try i cant remove his bank details or change his auto renewal to off…. this is winding me up as i dont want people to rehack his account and get to know his bank details…. can you help please

I would so do this, but the greedy microsoft mofos have taken the link off, you can’t disable it online or on the console itself.

cheers everyone! i rang microsoft its actually quite easy a few details like confirming my email etc. but once thats done its fine.have your gamertag ready. i rang: 0800 587 1102. hope this helps anyone else.
